1. Pre-Scan: Upon receiving a returned product, our team conducts an initial scan to log the item into our system and begin the return process.

2. Inspection: Each returned item undergoes a thorough inspection to assess its condition and determine the next appropriate steps.

3. Temporary Hold: Items are placed on a temporary hold while decisions are made regarding their next destination—restocking, disposal, or special handling.

4. Restock: If the product passes inspection, it is carefully repackaged and restocked, making it available for resale.

5. Disposal: Products that are damaged or otherwise unsellable are disposed of responsibly, following environmental and regulatory guidelines.

6. Special Handling: For items requiring refurbishing, repair, or other special services, we provide value-added solutions to maximize their potential for resale or proper disposal.
